Encounters of the Funky Kind Branding

Encounters of the Funky Kind is a vinyl DJ duo based in Monterey, CA. The group needed a logo, flyer designs, and motion graphic/video promos to showcase their recorded mixes on social media. Given the sci-fi aspect of their name and the fact that they spin records, my mind immediately went to a combination of a UFO and a record.
